From the Restaurant in The Sunset Strip to the most intimate Cafe in Milan, the Italian Pasquini Livia Coffee Machine is also used at The Billfish Inn to enjoy your favorite espresso or capuccino.  We grind the coffee beans right there to continue with excellence and perfection that goes in a cup of coffee receiving praise for years.

3 waffles or pancakes with either of the following toppings

    All of them with banana and strawberries

Mushroom Omelet

        Stuffed with onion, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, on a florentine sauce (spinach, cream, garlic)

Ranch Egg Toasts

        Toasts with pulled chicken, red pepper and mozzarella cheese, an over easy egg and topped with and avocado sauce

Spinach Benedict Eggs

        English muffin with ham, sautéed spinach, poche egg and home-made Hollandaise sauce

Breakfast Egg Burrito

Stuffed with scrambled eggs, black beans, bacon and mozzarella cheese 

        Served with avocado and 'pico de gallo' sauce

Bell Pepper Egg Rings

        Over easy eggs, cooked in a bell pepper ring, served with 'chirmol', bacon and hashbrown

French Toasts with Crispy Bacon

        4 toasts with either of the next toppings:

Spanish Egg Tortilla

        Eggs in a pan with potato slices and toast bacon, served with tomato mild sauce

Motuleño Eggs

        A typical mexican recipe: corn tortilla, black beans, ham, over easy eggs, home-made sauce, green peas and fresh cream.

Mini Quiche Lorraine

        Baked quiche made of eggs with a zucchini crust, stuffed with bacon and spinach

Served with cherry tomatoes and chipotle dressing

Enchiladas Suiza

 Chicken stuffed tortilla, with green or red sauce and melted mozzarella cheese

Procedure:

• Preheat the oven to 160 C.
• Chop the nuts roughly and mix them together.
• In a large pan, fry the spices in the coconut oil, then add the nuts and toast them briefly.
• Tip the nuts onto an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
• Cool on paper towel and store in an airtight container.
